How it works, in plain English

Short, fair terms for every BlitzPage website. Last updated 1 November 2026.

1. Free preview first

You choose a layout and see a live preview of your site before you pay anything. If you do not like it, you owe nothing.

2. Price and payment

The price is the one shown for your package on our site (or the price we agree with you in writing) and is one payment, with no hidden extras. You pay after you approve the preview, using a secure payment link we send you (PayPal). We never ask for your card details by message or e-mail.

3. Changes

Reasonable changes to wording, photos, colours and layout of the pages you ordered are included until you approve the site. A new page or a new feature (such as an online shop or a booking system) is a separate quote.

4. Your address (domain)

We register the web address you choose and set it up for you at no extra charge. If you would like a different address later, or a renewal fee applies, we will tell you in writing before anything is charged.

5. Refunds

If the finished website does not match the preview you approved and we cannot put it right within 7 days of you telling us, we will refund what you paid for it in full. Contact us at [email protected] with the details.

6. Your content

You confirm that the text, logos and photos you send us are yours to use. We only use your details to build and support your website, and we delete them if you ask.
